# Advanced Analytical Capability

While no *new infrastructure* is needed, the organization must possess the **analytical talent and tools** to perform complex statistical modeling — such as [[concept-lasso-regression-workforce|LASSO regression]] — to distill hundreds of variables (166 in the study) down to the core predictors of turnover.
