# Michael D. Watkins

**Profile:** Michael D. Watkins is a professor of leadership and organizational change at [[entity-imd|IMD]], cofounder of the leadership-development consultancy [[entity-genesis-advisers|Genesis Advisers]], and author of the classic book [[entity-the-first-90-days|The First 90 Days]].
