# Broadcast Decisions Simultaneously

**Action:** Broadcast the final decision **simultaneously, in a single simple format**, to the entire organization.

**Outcome:** Prevents executives from spinning the decision to their own teams and ensures consistent execution.

Do **not** rely on a 'cascade' where leaders communicate the message through their respective departments — that guarantees distortion to fit individual preferences. Instead, the decision must be broadcast at the exact same time, in the exact same simple format, to everyone who needs to know. As [[entity-alexander-lacik|Alexander Lacik]] noted, when communicating with **30,000 people**, simplicity is mandatory for execution. This is Step 5 of the [[framework-reaching-true-agreement|five-step process]] and the observable *test* of whether [[concept-true-agreement|true agreement]] was actually reached.
