# Implement Digital Wellness Training

**Action:** Train employees on the psychological risks of AI overreliance and how to maintain healthy human boundaries.

**How:** Shift corporate messaging from simply *"Use AI"* to *"How to use AI healthfully."* Establish training programs (see [[concept-digital-wellness]]) that teach employees to recognize the warning signs of emotional overreliance on AI and understand the limitations of artificial relationships. **Require leaders to model this behavior** — being transparent about their own AI usage, sharing both successes and limitations, and publicly prioritizing human interaction.

**Outcome:** A workforce that leverages AI for efficiency without sacrificing psychological health or social skills.

This is measure #5 of [[framework-five-measures-human-connection]]. [[entity-wellsteps]] is the cited program provider.
