# Audit Tasks Using Build or Skip

## Action

Review your content creation workflow weekly and run every task through [[framework-build-or-skip]].

## Procedure

1. **List every task** you performed in the past week (newsletter formatting, IG captions, hook drafting, B-roll listing, thumbnail variants, etc.).
2. For each, apply the three gates:
   - Recurring (≥1× per week)?
   - Structured (fixed shape)?
   - Delegatable (objective, repeatable judgment)?
3. **Mark all-three-pass tasks** as Skill candidates.
4. **Rank candidates** by time spent × frequency.
5. Pick the top 1–3 and build them as [[concept-claude-skills]] using the [[framework-skill-anatomy]].

## Outcome

A prioritized roadmap of automation targets. Avoids the common failure mode of building skills for low-leverage tasks just because they're easy to automate.

## What to discard

One-off creative ideation, taste-heavy edits, high-stakes one-shots — leave these manual or as ad-hoc prompts.
